Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions and credit packs for FalconScrape for Google Sheets™, provided by PIOTR VASSEV IT SOLUTIONS. Checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments (“Sold through Link”) as merchant of record. Our no-card free trial does not create a payment to refund.

The protections below are additional to mandatory consumer rights. Where Link's purchase and refund terms provide greater protection, our policy does not reduce it.

First subscription payment: 7-day money-back

If the add-on did not work for you, email support@falconscrape.com within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. This includes a first annual subscription payment.

EU/UK consumers: cooling-off requests

Link's terms provide EU and UK consumers a 14-day cooling-off period from access to or delivery of the purchased product. Contact us or Link support, identify your order and state that you are requesting cancellation during the cooling-off period. Starting to use the add-on does not, by itself, waive the rights described here. We do not apply an automatic deduction for used credits to a cooling-off refund.

Renewals and cancellation

Outside applicable consumer rights, Link's refund protections and the service-failure policy below, renewal payments are not refundable once the new paid period starts. Cancel through Activate / Account → Manage billing or email us for help. Cancellation stops the next renewal and normally preserves access for the remainder of the paid period, subject to the monthly credit allowance.

A refund and cancellation are separate actions. If you want to end the subscription as well as request a refund, tell us both or cancel in Manage billing and request the refund separately. Refunded credits are removed from your account; a full refund of the current subscription payment ends the associated paid allowance. A partial refund reduces the associated credits proportionately. Refunds do not create a negative credit balance.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days if no credits from the pack have been used. Statutory rights and any greater protection in Link's policy still apply.

Service failures

If a formula stops working because a source website changed and we cannot restore it within 14 days, you may request a pro-rata refund for the remaining paid period. Retiring a paid feature also entitles you to a pro-rata refund of the current paid period under our Terms.

How to request a refund

Email support@falconscrape.com from your account address with your invoice number and the issue, or contact Link support. Do not send a full card number, security code or access token.

We submit approved refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method. The time for your bank or payment provider to show the refund is separate. Check the refund confirmation for status, and contact us if you need help tracing it.
