Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the FalconScrape website, the FalconScrape for Google Sheets™ add-on, and the associated API ("the Service"). The Service is provided by PIOTR VASSEV IT SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) registered in Poland, NIP 6452592255, Leśna 69D, 42-622, Nowe Chechło, Poland ("FalconScrape", "we"). FalconScrape provides and supports the Service. Paid checkout uses Stripe Managed Payments, presented as “Sold through Link”, as merchant of record. Google does not sell or provide the Service. Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC; the add-on is not endorsed by Google.
1. The Service
The add-on provides spreadsheet formulas that import publicly available listings, prices, job postings, reviews and similar data from third-party websites into your Google Sheet. Results reflect what the source website showed at the time of the request; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any source.
2. Accounts and credits
Usage is metered in credits: most search results cost one credit per returned row; Fiverr search results cost two credits per row. Detail lookups cost two credits each. Failed requests and results served from our cache cost nothing.
Activating your account starts a 30-day trial with 200 free credits, available once per Google account, with no card required. Unused trial credits expire when the trial ends; the trial does not renew or convert automatically to a paid subscription. Requesting beta access on the website does not create an account or start the trial.
3. Paid plans, renewals and cancellation
Paid options are available only when offered in your account. The free trial remains available without a card and does not automatically become paid. A paid purchase requires a separate checkout confirmation.
Our base prices are in US dollars, before applicable tax:
- Starter: $15 monthly or $144 annually; 3,000 credits each month.
- Pro: $45 monthly or $432 annually; 20,000 credits each month.
- Agency: $99 monthly or $950 annually; 60,000 credits each month.
- Credit packs: 600 credits for $9 or 2,500 credits for $29, paid once.
Annual subscriptions are charged for the full year in advance; their credit allowance resets monthly. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Pack credits do not expire, are used after subscription credits and do not renew automatically. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, without affecting your refund rights.
The checkout shows the amount, currency, applicable tax and recurring billing interval before you confirm. If you choose local-currency pricing, subscription renewal amounts can vary with the exchange rate. Your bank may apply its own currency or transaction fees.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. Open Activate / Account → Manage billing to review your next charge, update billing information or cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and stops the next renewal; any remaining allowance can be used within its applicable monthly credit period. Pack credits remain available. You can also email support@falconscrape.com for assistance. Signing out or uninstalling the add-on does not cancel a paid subscription.
Plan or interval changes may take effect immediately and involve a prorated invoice. Review the charge and timing in the billing portal before confirming. Do not assume a downgrade is scheduled for the next renewal. Payment must be confirmed before new paid credits are granted. A failed renewal does not refill credits or extend the previously paid access period; use Manage billing to resolve an unpaid invoice.
Stripe/Link's purchase terms apply to checkout transactions alongside these Service terms. See our Refund Policy for purchase remedies. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
Account closure
Email support@falconscrape.com to request account closure. We confirm your intended outcome before ending service. Immediate closure ends access and removes unused plan and pack credits; it does not automatically refund a payment or limit refund rights. We stop verified subscription renewal and resolve outstanding billing checks before confirming completion. To stop renewal while retaining access through your paid period, use Manage billing instead. Required financial records may remain after closure as explained in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the data for your own business or personal purposes. You may not: resell raw output as a data product, use the Service to violate the rights of the websites or people whose data it returns, exceed rate limits by automation, share access tokens between organizations, or attempt to access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or other users.
5. Availability and changes
Third-party websites change without notice; a formula may stop working until we update it. We aim for prompt fixes but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may add, change, or retire formulas and plans; retiring a paid feature entitles you to a pro-rata refund of the current period.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights under Polish and EU law.
7. Governing law
Polish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes go to the competent court in Poland, except where mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules allow or require a different court. Information on consumer dispute resolution is available from the European Commission.
