How to Scrape 2GIS Reviews and Find Unanswered Feedback
An average rating can hide the feedback that needs attention today. For a business with several locations, it helps to keep the review text, date, rating, and owner reply together so a team can see what is new and what still needs a response.
Our 2GIS Reviews Scraper exports public reviews from 2GIS place pages. Each row can include the full text, star rating, dates, photos, source, and the business's reply when one is present. Start with a place URL for a precise location; a 2GIS search URL can also collect reviews from several places. The Actor does not translate reviews or filter by rating before collection.

Check one location's latest reviews
Open the Actor on Apify. An Actor is a tool you run on Apify; you can use its Input form without writing code. Add a 2GIS place page under 2GIS place or search URLs, set Max reviews per place to 20, and leave Sort reviews by on Newest first. Click Start, then open the run's Dataset.
Or switch the Input form to JSON and paste this example using a public Dubai place page:
{
"startUrls": [
{ "url": "https://2gis.ae/dubai/firm/70000001006697500" }
],
"maxReviewsPerPlace": 20,
"sortBy": "date_created",
"locale": "en_US"
}
The URL identifies one place, not every branch of that business. maxReviewsPerPlace is a cap for each place. If you later use a 2GIS search URL, Max places per search URL controls how many businesses the Actor takes from that search; it does not change the review limit for each one. The default is five places per search URL.
Our Actor documentation includes this abbreviated review from a different 2GIS place:
{
"placeId": "70000001057259364",
"reviewId": "265382245",
"rating": 5,
"dateCreated": "2026-08-12T11:41:03.827+07:00",
"text": "Прекрасное заведение с изумительной кухней!",
"ownerAnswerText": "Здравствуйте, Saiko! Мы рады, что вам понравилось у нас.",
"source": "2gis"
}
This documentation excerpt is not from the Dubai input above. Review text remains in the language the customer wrote it in, regardless of locale. Some reviews have no star rating; do not treat a missing rating as zero.

This screenshot shows ten visible reviews for the Dubai place from a separate run. The owner-reply column is empty in these rows; identifying new, low-rated reviews is a filtering step after export, not a result claimed by the screenshot.
The 2GIS reviews Node.js example runs the same one-place input with apify-client and reads the dataset.
Find feedback that needs follow-up
Export the Dataset as CSV or JSON. For each location, keep placeId, reviewId, dateCreated, rating, text, source, and ownerAnswerText. Then:
- Compare
placeIdandreviewIdwith your last export. A fresh run returns the latest reviews again, not only those added since your previous run. - Filter the new rows to ratings of one or two stars. Review the text in its original language before assigning an issue.
- Check
ownerAnswerText. A blank value means no owner reply is present in the exported row; open the source page before treating it as a missed response. - Keep partner-sourced reviews identifiable with
source, and avoid using reviewer profile details you do not need for the task.
Use the place's aggregate rating and review count as context, not as a substitute for reading the actual feedback. If you need to discover businesses or export their contact details first, use our separate 2GIS business-listings guide.
For ongoing monitoring, save the input as an Apify task and schedule it. Keep your own record of reviewed IDs; the Actor does not maintain an "unanswered since last run" list for you. Set maxReviewsPerPlace to 0 only when you need the full available history, which can cost more for a busy location.
Pricing
Pricing as of October 4, 2026 is $0.0008 per returned review, plus an Actor-start event of $0.00005 per GB of allocated memory, minimum one event. At the default 1 GB, a run returning 20 reviews would cost $0.01605 in Actor events. Fewer returned reviews cost less, but the start event still applies. See live pricing before collecting a long history or many places.
Frequently asked questions
Does the Actor return only new reviews since my last run?
No. A newest-first run returns the latest reviews up to your per-place limit. Compare placeId and reviewId with your saved dataset to identify new ones.
Can I filter for one- and two-star reviews before scraping?
No. The Actor collects reviews in the selected sort order. Filter the exported rating field afterward, and keep unrated reviews separate.
Does the language setting translate customer reviews?
No. Language changes interface text such as moderation notes; review text remains in the author's original language.
