How to Vet Carousell Sellers With Review Histories
A high seller rating is a useful signal, but it hides what buyers actually said and how recent their experiences were. Before relying on a listing, read a small sample of the seller's transaction feedback.
Our Carousell Reviews Scraper exports a seller profile and its public reviews. The profile includes rating counts, seller type, commercial flags, verification signals, followers, and response rate where shown. Review rows contain the rating, text, date, reply, and the bought item when Carousell links one. Start with a seller profile URL or username, not a listing URL.

Check one seller
Open the Actor on Apify. Add https://www.carousell.sg/u/litemobile.official/ under Sellers and set Max reviews per seller to 10. Leave Include reviews received as a buyer off. Keep the default Singapore residential proxy, click Start, and open the run's Dataset.
Or paste this into the JSON editor:
{
"sellers": ["https://www.carousell.sg/u/litemobile.official/"],
"maxReviewsPerSeller": 10,
"includeBuyerReviews": false,
"proxyConfiguration": {
"useApifyProxy": true,
"apifyProxyGroups": ["RESIDENTIAL"],
"apifyProxyCountry": "SG"
}
}
The limit is per seller. The dataset contains one recordType: "profile" row followed by recordType: "review" rows. The Carousell reviews Node.js example runs this input and reads both row types.
For this seller, our September 27 documentation sample showed a 4.98 profile rating and 4,464 stated reviews. An abbreviated review row looked like this:
{
"recordType": "review",
"sellerUsername": "litemobile.official",
"reviewedAs": "seller",
"rating": 5,
"text": "superb service. fast delivery",
"listingTitle": "Honor X9c 256GB Titanium Purple",
"listingPrice": "S$238"
}
These are historical values, not a live trust score. The review's listingPrice describes the associated transaction when Carousell supplies it; it is not the asking price of the listing you are evaluating now.

This screenshot shows eight visible review rows for thetechbrosg from a separate run, not the litemobile.official input above. The profile row is outside this crop.
Make a sensible seller shortlist
Export CSV or JSON. Keep the profile rating and positive, neutral, and negative counts beside the newest written reviews. Read low-rated feedback for recurring problems, then check whether the seller replied and when those reviews occurred. Keep reviewedAs in your sheet: Carousell also shows feedback a user received as a buyer, but this Actor excludes those rows by default so the first pass stays focused on selling.
Do not treat a ten-review sample as the seller's entire history. The run's Coverage summary compares the review count Carousell states with what the Actor scanned and returned. Sometimes the stated count includes rating-only feedback that Carousell does not show in its public review list. Older reviews may also lack a linked item. Missing listingTitle is not evidence that the transaction did not happen.
If you begin with a product listing, open its seller profile and copy the /u/ URL into this Actor. Our Carousell listings guide covers finding and comparing items; this guide helps assess the person or business behind one of them. A review history is context, not a guarantee of a future transaction.
Pricing
Pricing as of September 27, 2026 is $0.005 per returned seller profile plus $0.001 per saved review. The Actor start event is $0.00005 per GB of allocated memory, minimum one event. One profile and ten reviews cost $0.01505 in Actor events at 1 GB. Residential proxy and other Apify platform usage may be billed separately under your plan. See live pricing before a larger export.
Frequently asked questions
Can I paste a Carousell listing URL?
No. This Actor takes seller profile URLs or usernames. Open the listing and copy its seller profile link first.
Why might the profile review count exceed the exported reviews?
The run may stop at your maxReviewsPerSeller limit or reviewedSince date. Carousell can also count rating-only feedback that it does not list publicly. Check the run's coverage summary.
