How to Vet Grailed Sellers With Reviews and Sold-Item History
A seller's average rating is a starting point. The recent reviews tell you more: whether buyers mention item condition, shipping, or communication, and which pieces those reviews relate to.
Our Grailed Reviews Scraper takes seller profile URLs or usernames and returns a profile row plus public review rows. Reviews can include the associated sold item, its designer and size, and Grailed's recorded sold price. It does not take a product listing URL directly or identify the buyer.

Check one seller
Open the Actor on Apify. Under Sellers, enter https://www.grailed.com/graymatter_. Set Max reviews per seller to 10, leave Only reviews with a written note off, and start the run. Open its Dataset when it finishes.
You can also switch the Input form to JSON and paste:
{
"sellers": ["https://www.grailed.com/graymatter_"],
"maxReviews": 10,
"onlyWithNotes": false
}
The limit is per seller, newest first. Leaving the notes filter off matters because a rating without a written comment can still include a sold item. The dataset separates recordType: "seller-profile" from recordType: "review" rows.
The Node.js example runs this same small input and reads both row types through Apify's API.
For example, the Actor's September 27 documentation includes a review shaped like this (shortened here):
{
"recordType": "review",
"sellerUsername": "graymatter_",
"rating": 5,
"note": "Goat",
"tags": ["item-as-described", "quick-replies", "fast-shipper"],
"itemDesigners": ["Balenciaga"],
"itemSize": "US 31",
"itemListPrice": 280,
"itemSoldPrice": 335
}
That is a historical sample, not a current quote. itemSoldPrice is what Grailed recorded for the sale; it can differ from the last listing price. It is not proof that a different item will sell for the same amount.

This screenshot shows recent review rows for TheArchiveAU from a separate run, not the graymatter_ input above. The profile row is outside this crop.
Turn feedback into a useful shortlist
Export the Dataset as CSV or JSON. Keep the seller profile's rating and sold count next to the newest review dates, ratings, notes, and tags. Read the lowest-rated written feedback rather than relying only on the average. For a specific item, compare reviews mentioning similar designers or categories, but check size and condition on the actual listing before buying.
The run also saves a SUMMARY record showing how many ratings Grailed states, how many reviews the Actor scanned and returned, and why it stopped. If you ask for ten reviews, you have a recent sample, not the seller's whole history. Grailed serves at most the newest 2,475 reviews for one seller, so particularly large accounts can have more ratings than this Actor can export. A missing item field does not mean no item changed hands.
If you only need sold-listing prices across a designer or category, use our Grailed sold-prices guide. Use this review Actor when the question is about a particular seller and their transaction feedback.
Pricing
Pricing as of September 28, 2026 is $0.003 per returned seller profile plus $0.001 per saved review. One profile and ten reviews would be $0.013 in Actor result events. Apify platform usage may be billed separately under your plan. See live pricing before a larger export.
Frequently asked questions
Can I start with a Grailed listing URL?
No. Open the listing, follow its seller link, and enter that profile URL or the seller's username.
Does the profile rating count equal the number of exported reviews?
Not necessarily. maxReviews limits the newest reviews returned per seller, and Grailed exposes at most the newest 2,475. Check the run's SUMMARY record for scanned and returned counts.
